Read onlyHi i have a shipment that has not been collected, but it states on tracking collected.
it is now 20 days & i am going to run out of stock.
if i cancel i lose 290 pounds.
i keep getting the same robot responses on the case email & the same robot responses from customer support.
can someone point me in the right direction to get this resolved.

What courier did you use? If UPS, did you actually arrange for collection via the UPS website? Just creating a shipment on Amazon does not activate collection.
