Hi Everyone,
My account health is going down every week and sometimes every day or every other day. Sometimes I even drop 8 points in the couple of days.
It was 424 in March and now 268.
I've contacted Amazon Account Health support several times to address the problem. They are checking the account and telling me that there are no reason for rating to drop. So they reckon it is a technical issue. They are transfering the case to technical team but there is no answer from them either.
Did anyone had this experience before and is there any solutions?
Specially I've got a case from the 28th May and still waiting for Amazon's response. The case status is still 'Pending for Amazon Action'

The score is also linked to the number of orders in the current 6 months Account Health window. So if you were busier 6 months ago than you are now- the score will drop.
Thank you. Yes, the sales was much higher around festive season than now. However the rating score is keep going down every week sometimes every other day. I don't know what is their criteria on this. Thank you again :)
It will do - because its based on orders in a specific moving 6 month window. So as orders leave one day, and you don't place enough new orders to make up the differnece - the score will go down. The only way to get it to go back up is simply, more orders.
For Amazon to seemingly not know that the score is determined from past sales has to be a new low.
