Bank varification took 6 months and no update after opening a case
Our bank account verification has been pending for over 6 months, and during this time we have not received any payments. We’ve opened multiple support cases, but only the most recent one is still marked as “Work in Progress” — and it has been in that state for 2 months now.
We keep receiving updates saying that the issue has been escalated to the internal team, but we have not been given any clear explanation of what is happening or when we can expect a resolution.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Could a moderator please look into our case and help us get some clarity on the situation?
