Read onlyHello, seller help is not answering the cases I made from 2 weeks ago about the sudden unexplained deauthorization of my seller account in the US marketplace. I can log into this marketplace, but any button I click send me to a page saying:
"Not Authorized You do not have access to merchant 'seller ID'. Please pick a different merchant or marketplace."
What leaves me even more confusing is that I hadn't sold any products for almost a year but I have been making listings and buying products to test out. Doesn't help that my account got deactivated right before my first FBA shipment arrived, I'm assuming all my products cost thrown out without notifying me.
Amazon Seller Help, please contact me or reply to the case I made 2 weeks ago as I cannot view my case logs even though I can strangely make cases!

I'm afraid seller support will not contact you from here, they do not even look at the forum. The only possibility might be to tag in forum mods and they may be able to pass on to the the relevant department, but sadly, there are so many threads on the forum that never get a single reply from anyone..
