I’m from EV iCharge Ltd, and I wanted to reach out to hear your experiences and perspectives regarding product and safety compliance issues within the UK.
One of our key products, a 7 kW Home Installation EV Charger, has been flagged by Amazon for a prolonged period. I have been in constant communication with the compliance team, providing all the required documents and evidence they’ve requested, but despite this, the issue remains unresolved.
The delayed responses and lack of clarity have made it difficult to move forward. Have any of you faced a similar situation? If so, how did you resolve it? Are there any alternative approaches or contacts within Amazon that could expedite this process?
I’d greatly appreciate your insights or guidance on navigating this issue. Feel free to get in touch if you’ve encountered similar challenges or have any solutions.
