UK Seller Account Verification - US Company with No Access to UK Government Links

Hello,

I’m currently trying to verify my Amazon UK Seller account, but I’ve hit a roadblock and would appreciate any guidance.

Amazon has requested a share allotment document showing the total number of shares issued and the breakdown of shares held by each beneficial owner. They provided steps to retrieve the required document from the UK Companies website, but my company is located in the United States. Since we are not registered in the UK, I cannot access the links or documents they suggest.

Here are my questions:

1) Has anyone else faced a similar issue as a non-UK company? If so, how did you resolve it?

2) What alternative documents can I provide to Amazon to meet the requirements?

3) Is there a way to explain the situation to Amazon so they can review other equivalent US documents?

For reference, I’ve already submitted my company’s Articles of Incorporation, but they were not accepted.
