Inventory became Expired although not true
All my inventory suddenly was tagged as expired - although I know it has expiration date to 2027. I spoke with Support and then partial stock was tagged as defective, and partial as available, while the rest is still tagged as expired, which will be true in the year 2027 if still exists. I am waiting for answers, however I ran out of available stock. Did anyone have this issue and how did you solve it? How long it takes?

Greetings,
Thanks for taking the time to raise this here. Do you know by chance if there was a mismatch with the virtual expiry of these products, and the actual listed expiration date? The Virtual Expiration Date is inputted by the seller for products with expirations in the Shipment during Step 1 of the Send to Amazon Workflow. If the fulfillment center has an inaccurate virtual date recorded a seller can request Seller Support to have the virtual be updated to accurately reflect the actual expiry.
Additionally, if you're in contact with Seller Support currently, feel free to drop the case ID here and I'll be happy to take a further look.
