Why is it almost impossible to find how to contact seller support?
I am just getting sent in circles around topics which don’t help and there is no way to actually find how to open a case and talk to someone - why make it so difficult.

Easy enough.
In seller central
Help/Contact Us (on the bit that slides out)/selling on amazon/ and then choose one of the top topics that most suits your question. and just follow from there.

You can request a call back , Click “Get Support” at the bottom of the page, “Contact Us”, Click the “Request Product Change or Category Change” to remove the annoying pop up menu and enable the left hand menu , Click “Other Issues”, Click “All Other Issues” then enter your phone number, this is instant Amazon Seller Support call you back.

The process is extremely annoying. Some companies make it hard on purpose, so you give up and try to solve it yourself, but in this case we are sellers using amazon every day and most would contact them for things a person has to solve, not help pages.
The process is click “Get support” or “help”
“Contact us”
Choose category “Selling on amazon”
Then a slider appears on which you must choose out of 5 sometimes irrelevant categories
Only then an “X” appears to close the silding window
Then choose the category you actually want and contact them.
They can eliminate most of those steps.
@PCBuyIT I see on the screenshot that you have chat option. Since about a month I do not have the option to chat on any of the categories, but I thought that they have removed it ? Is it only us ?

The option should be there but some accounts have limited features on the case log it’s not in relation to Pro or Individual accounts it seems to be related to account status particularly when new.
Yes the pop up screen is very annoying for everyone , it just makes it awakward to get to the menu and raise a relevant case.

That pop up page on the right is the most annoying apsect of raising any cases, all Sellers have to click through this to get to the main menu on the left, just making it more awkward to raise a case, especially when the left menu clearly states the various options and has been in place for a number of years without issue.
