I can login without problems but I am not receiving sales notifications or adverts.
Nor can I respond to case help because amazon says it doesn’t recognise my email that I login with.
Also the notification preferences link takes me to a page that has "Internal Error We’re sorry, but we encountered an error while processing your request.
I have been speaking to Seller Central Help for more that 9 days now but no one has answers

Have you ever changed your primary email address ?
Have you ever created a secondary user account for someone else ?
Are you logged into amazon.co.uk rather than .com and on uk site from drop down menu ?

We had the same issue. First we were asked to clear the cache and cookies didn’t work. Then asked to change to the recommended browser to Firefox and still had the same issue. Case is still outstanding.

- confirm if you have gmail account?

SO IT SEEMS IT IS JUST THE SALES NOTIFICATIONS AND THE RETAIL ADVERT EMAILS THAT ARE NOT BEING SENT.

I have cleared caches. Changed Browsers. Cleared cookies. cleared Browser History. Tried on a separate desktop and on an iPad, but still no joy
Been trying to get this resolved for the last 13 days but hardly any of the Amazon staff understand the problem. Those that do say they will pass my request on to another dept, but even they are no use in restoring my email notification when a sale is made

What is the notification preferences URL you are trying to access?
