Good Morning, I have created a few new listing and have an Missing Error Offer showing. Despite all efforts in editing the listing this will not clear. I have raised a claim with Amazon under 11126008362 but not really getting anywhere to resolve this. Has anyone experienced the same and could advise on this please?

I have raised a claim with Amazon under 11126008362 but not really getting anywhere to resolve this. Has anyone experienced the same and could advise on this please?

I have worked it out! -I will leave this open as it may help others. The error message is to do with the condition of the product, when you create the listing you infill the product as new, however once the listing is showing this needs to be input again.
