Valid tracking rate below 95% using RM 48 and 24 Tracked
HI All. Yesterday I was hit with valid tracking rate below 95%. I proved to seller support everything was tracked and customers knew where their parcels are. I'm using Click & drop to buy shipping. Amazon wants me to use their buy shipping on website. Is there any way to get my RM business shipping prices on Amazon buy shipping? I have business account linked with Amazon but 24 and 48 services are not available. Thank You fellas :)

If you are using Tracked 24/48 amazons own policy states that they will validate any unscanned parcels in the back end so you should actually need to worry. You will still get the below 95% warnings - though they shouldn't restrict your selling.
See below...
You may receive a Valid Tracking Rate warning as a result of low scan rate. However, we will validate unscanned tracking or package IDs with the integrated carrier before suspending your offers in the affected category. Your offers will not be suspended if you have provided valid IDs, including for all parcels that have not been scanned by the carrier. This includes delivery confirmation-only methods such as Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail first class or Royal Mail second class.

As @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfhsays it is not a worry if you are using RM48 through click and drop and your VTR falls below 95%
My VTR is only around 70% using RM48 through click and drop and I have no issues with category suspensions. I do though get the odd email warning me that my VTR is below 95%.
As for your RM 24/48 services not showing in buy shipping. If you have linked your account and they are not showing then I am sure you need to contact RM for them to push them through to Amazon.

Are you uploading the tracking numbers at point of dispatch?
If you are using C&D check your settings to make sure it is uploading the information (it is possible to turn it off)
If you are using a third party app like Packing Partner make sure it is configured correctly to tell Amazon you are using Royal Mail and the correct service code
If the tracking is not uploaded at point of dispatch then this will count against you. Same as if you have not told Amazon the correct courier and service you are using.
As others have said Tracked 24/48 should guarantee 100% VTR unless parcel was never scanned (mail sacks do sometimes go missing or get left on a van). If you are using Parcel CRL 24/48 then you will often dip below the 95% valid tracking metric but should have no need to worry.

Then that will be the issue - Amazon will only accept the tracking number you uploaded. If this is different from the actual tracking number in C&D then that is why your VTR has dropped.
You need figure out why the numbers are different - did you re-issue the label (perhaps adjusted weight or size of parcel)? Did you cancel any labels? if you made no adjustments then contact C&D as it seems to be their issue and show them that the tracking number in C&D is different from the tracking number they uploaded to Amazon.
I use Packing Partner as a go between of C&D and Amazon and have never had this issue.

Yes you can fully link your click and drop to your Amazon account.
if you go to manage your apps, you can add click and drop which will allow you to use all of your click and drop services on buy shipping.

Hi you need to link your click and drop to amazon, then you print labels through amazon and pay royal mail at your rates.

Your not posting through Royal Mail Bristol Mail Centre are you ?
Bristol mail centre has been shocking over the past two weeks, Tracked 48 not getting booked in for 2-3 days and taking on average 5-6 days to get delivered.
Worst i have seen Bristol in many years. They have lost over 40 parcels in the past two weeks and they were not scanned into Bristol at all!
