Can evri be taken off buy shipping? please help

Evri are making my parcels late/the parcel shop is not nearby. My courier is royal mail but buy shipping is only allowing evri to send parcels on random occasions. Is there a way of taking evri off my settings, do i need to increase my cut off time so that its less likely evri appears/ take one day shipping off? Does evri default as the only usable courier if sending through dpd? Does evri offer next day delivery collection? thanks.

Same here, no way of removing them, even SS said they can’t remove them and I am now getting warnings from Amazon that I shouldn’t be using them as I am not onboarded!

If you use Buy Shipping, if the only option is Evri, take a screenshot and raise as a case.

If DPD not available to that postcode, usually RM Tracked 24 also is available. Manually alter last RM collection time to say 9pm, it should then show even if past cut-off. Then ensure sent that day ok still. (and move the collection time back to what it was before).

We sent 2 by Evri that way last week, as no choice, got moaned at by Amz, so replied to the message which is then to the Evri team to see why they are not actioning.

I am having the same issue. Our SFP orders 60+ only giving me Evri or DPD. Not onboarded with any of them and no other option to purchase labels through Buy Shipping.

My metrics are going to be hit hard if i have to send them click and drop tracked 24 as that looks like my only option.

Any ideas or anyone facing same issues?
