Do returns expire
Hi all,
Whilst things are very, very quiet I’m just going through my returns and noticed a number are still open as not received back yet. Does Amazon have a return expiry date like eBay which automatically closes the returns if not sent back?
I’ve got 8 outstanding and I emailed them all over a week ago but only got 1 reply which was to say they decided to keep it but still haven’t closed the return.

i’ve noticed that they come off the dashboard after 50 days however, if I click on manage returns and extend the dates , i’ve got unreturned ones on there from 300 days ago !

The ones you are seeing are ones Amazon think the buyer may have sent back and you may still need to refund. You can ignore them.
The buyer has the opportunity to enter the date and tracking of their return but never bothered. This usually means they never bothered to return the item.
