Amazon shipping TBA tracking numbers not valid according to seller central?

I'm not sure why, but every time I have used Amazon Shipping for an order, I end up seeing the tracking as not valid and affecting my valid tracking metrics. Any resolution for this to make it valid?

That's because you aren't supposed to be using Amazon shipping to ship your FBM orders. This is a dropshipping policy violation.

Have you filed a support case with any of the specific orders you believe should not have been flagged for that metric?
