How long does KYC verification take?
My account received an email on December 9, 2023, saying that the deposit method needs to be verified. If it has been verified, the email can be ignored. After that, the account has been under review. During this period, I was not asked to provide any information for review. I contacted the online customer service but no effective help was provided. The account status specialist replied that it was a KYC review. It has been nearly a month and far exceeded the "maximum" displayed on the page. "10 working days", the account funds have been unable to be withdrawn, seriously affecting daily operations. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? Thanks.

it takes months to verify it, I am waiting for a long time and nothing ever happens. I don't understand why they don't hire more people to verify accounts.
