No response from Amazon on an appeal made almost 1 month ago
Hi,
Anyone able to help or direct me to someone who can help please.
My account has been deactivated and I have sent an appeal almost a month ago now but no response from amazon apart from the automated messages.
I am being charged the monthly subscription for not trading and have sent the payments team an email also about this but no response from them either.
Is there anyway of contacting someone to find out what is going on?

Hi.
I have my account deactivated awaiting verifications of my company documents, now 34 days.
I have contacted verification team many times with success to get an update, although they say they will respond within 12 hours. This is not right i am getting no response for days and days.

Hi appeals for new accounts and IP issues seem to be taking upto 2 month by what people are saying on here so it’s important you get the info right first time and if you find out later it’s not double check on here if it is sufficient before sending let people know what they asking for and they can explain formats and what docs will be accepted as its clear amazon don’t show transparency on this.
The other thing each time you email it then drops back in the que as it updates the case and moves backwards rather than forward unfortunately.

It seems that appeals are taking longer than usual, unfortunately you just have to be patient, as they do not apreciate being pushed, and will just put you to the back of que.
