Brand register trademark number cannot be found
Hi,
I'm trying to register my brand before submitting my products on Amazon, but now that I've finally received the serial number, I’m facing an issue. Amazon says:
"The trademark number you have entered cannot be found in the trademark office selected. If your trademark application was recently submitted, please keep in mind that it may take up to 48 hours for the change to be reflected and for synchronization with the Amazon system to be completed. Please wait the specified time and create a new application."
Is this common? Can I send Amazon the documentation proving that the serial number corresponds to my brand so I can proceed with the registration?

My name is Dougal and I can assist. First, this is NOT common, but I have seen it happen a handful of times.
First, have you opened a case with seller support yet? If so, did you include the TM #? If not, please do that and provide the case ID here and I will take a look and escalate as needed.
If you have not yet opened a case, please do so with the same info you provided here and the TM# and the date of the application with USPTO.
