Lost buy box on all the products overnight

We’re facing a critical and urgent issue: all of our products have suddenly become ineligible for the Buy Box overnight. This includes over 100 ASINs such as

There are many other sellers on your listings, so you will all share the buy box.

As above replies, the Buy Box does rotate around sellers - you cannot guarantee you will always have it.

I have been told its an temporary issue and just wait

We have no biy box since 24th of December

Rent to pay and staff salaries to pay

We lost around 20k worth of sales in last 5 days

It makes me thing, they can control very much everything.

Hi, We’re experiencing the same issue. We’ve also lost the Featured Offer due to Competitive External Pricing, despite being the manufacturer and brand owner with very competitive pricing.

We’ve been going around in circles with Seller Support trying to get this resolved, and it’s now been over two weeks with no resolution. This listing is our breadwinner, so the ongoing Buy Box loss is having a serious impact on our business.

Hopefully this can be escalated and addressed properly, as it doesn’t appear to be a seller performance issue.

Would it be possible to get an investigation into this, it seems that it’s something that is common amongst sellers losing all the featured offers they had, we even tried dropping prices by a few pounds and we were still not touching buybox even though we had plenty of stock.

We are also facing the same issues (on DE only, the same ASINs on other countries are unaffected), on listings that have no competition and that previously had our buybox. Both FBM and FBA offers are affected. Our performance is within thresholds with significant margins. There are no pricing issues on the ASINs. Meanwhile support is repeating that we are not qualified for those listings now, but they can't say why and to improve our performance.
