Account Reactivation Error: 'Something Went Wrong' Message

Hello everyone,

I’m facing an issue with reactivating my Amazon account. Every time I click the "Reactivate the account" button, I am redirected to a page that displays the error message: "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

I’ve already tried using a different device to see if it might resolve the issue, but the problem persists. I’ve already reached out to Amazon support and shared a screenshot of the error, but I haven’t received a response yet.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? I’d greatly appreciate any advice or insights!
