USA Pallet size requirement (Is smaller than 48 x 40" approved?)

Hi!

I would like to know can I send pallet to USA Amazon warehouse from China that is smaller than their standard pallet size in USA (48x40")? I have read from some pages that this size is maximum but some page just say that USA needs to have 40x48" pallets. I have 6 pallets ready to be shipped but those are variety in size, all are smaller than 48x40", e.g. 35 x 30". Do you know can these be rejected by Amazon?
