How to print barcodes on a Zebra Thermal Printer Using iPad/MacBook
Just bought a Zebra ZSB-DP14 printer for printing our Amazon Barcodes and Shipping labels, I’ve downloaded the app and set it up but I cannot work out how to link the printer with my FBA account. When I’m given the option to print the labels using a thermal printer and I click print, nothing happens and it doesn’t give me the option to connect my printer anywhere I can find.
I’m using an iPad and a MacBook and not sure if that’s the issue?

I have a mac but not a Zebra printer but see if this helps you.

First, make sure you can print from other apps (i.e. any text editor).
If you can: your issue lies with the Amazon setup.
If you can’t: you haven’t installed your printer correctly.

Before you go wasting hours trying to find a solution…
You can not print Buy Shipping labels with a Zebra thermal printer using Apple IOS. IOS doesn’t have the correct driver. You either need to use Windows, or buy a driver (which is what I have done).
