Can't Verify Credit Card info?
Tried to do a disbursement today as usual but then I got an email saying the following.
"We were unable to verify the credit card information you provided for your seller account. Common reasons for this occurrence are as follows:
- Invalid card number, expiration date, or cardholder name. Incorrect billing address not matching the bank’s records.
- Your card expired.
- Bank limits or policies that prevent the charge attempt from being accepted.
- Card is a pre-paid credit card.
- The card was configured as an exception to a specific marketplace but the card does not accept charges in that currency."
It’s worth noting that I updated the bank account that I want my disbursements to go to yesterday and I’m not sure if that is related or not?
Anyway I have updated the Credit Card info as they have requested but they keep sending the same email, i have now tried multiple cards and nothing seems to work.
I’m a bit of a loss at what to do as I’ve used all the cards up that I have and there shouldn’t be anything wrong with any of them. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it as there is £600 in there that I can’ get out until it’s sorted and I really need it out.
Thanks

That might well be an issue. Changing bank details sometimes (usually, in fact) triggers a verification.
As far as the credit card/s go - try updating those through your buyer account, provided the two accounts have the same email ID.

With the account hacking that is occurring, it’s perhaps not a bad thing if sellers are unable to disburse for a few days after their bank details have changed.
