I've reviewed your case and it looks like in this instance there was an issue where the documentation for the product was missing and Amazon required a 510(k) number be provided per the Medical devices and accessories policy. However it looks like you were able to provide that documentation and the ASIN is currently restored. Please let me know if you are still having any issues with this ASIN.
