we have uploaded side packaging and robot indians asked us to upload side packaging again

we are being asked to upload side packaging of our products for the asins: B0D6133VFD and B0D615JRG7; we have uploaded them 7th photo. They sent the same automated message and asked for us to upload side packaging again. The question that we have right now is why are we being discriminated? why do Chinese listings are not asked to upload side packaging of their product? @Manny_Amazon

Hello @Seller_VspnjmcJwwyau,

Thank you for providing the ASINs, with this information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.

I see both these ASIN's were flagged for Restricted Product violations. I understand these can be a bit confusing. After a bit of research, I found a CASE ID 15385765211 from 06/08/2024 which in part states:

  • "and after careful consideration have determined that the product(s) does not meet the necessary criteria and will be restricted post the grace period because
  • Recommended changes to be done: Kindly update the pesticide marking attribute with a valid EPA Number for possible reinstatement.
  • "The following appeal process may be available to you if you choose to appeal this decision and seek to reinstate the ASIN:
  • 1. Through the seller appeals process, submit an appeal for reinstatement review.
  • 2. If you have a valid EPA registration or establishment number, update the Pesticide Marking attribute with that EPA registration or establishment number, and provide such number in the appeal.
  • 3. If you still have reason to believe your ASIN is a pesticide that is exempt from registration under FIFRA, such as a Minimum Risk Pesticide, provide valid exemption information in the appeal.

If you then relisted the ASINs, did you follow the guidance above? If so, then why would you again take the forgiveness path on October 9th?

I also see from October 9th, 2024 you again took the forgiveness path for both these ASIN's. This process did remove the violation from the Account Health Page but will NOT reinstate the listing.

As the ASINs are no longer on the Account Health Page, you are not able to dispute at this time.

Please review: Intro to product restrictions, categories, and conditions This may help you understand the policies in greater detail

I am confused as to why the ASIN's are added, then receive a restricted product violation and then again you take the forgiveness path which does not reinstate the ASIN?

If you do not have a valid EPA number for these products, I do not see a path to reinstate the ASIN's.

If you have additional questions, please reach back out.

I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.
