Customer wants refund without having to return
just received this message
Please offer a refund as no longer needed and I do not want the hassle of returning
am I missing something here, or am I correct in understanding the buyer expects me to refund her just like that? (!!)
this really takes the biscuit
( I do offer returnless refunds on a low value item, but not for that reason, only if it’s faulty or the buyer feels that the image doesn’t match the product)
item was £3.30
haven’t responded yet, suggestions welcome!

There really isn’t much to say. Just because the buyer wants a refund and can’t be bothered returning it, is not a reason to refund them.
If they don’t want it, then they have to return it.
It’s policy.

Personally I would tell the customer No just because the pure cheek of the message would really have annoyed me.
