Adding malicious keywords or images through buyer accounts

Hi:

We have several acccounts that I access. Each account sells different products in different regions and years ago I got authorization from amazon to have this multiple account approach to segment our offering.

Now 2 of the accounts we run in US and JP have been suspended due to multiple account violation due to the suspension in december 2023 of an account we had not used since January 2019.

Initially the issue was related to our payments account and some administrative problem but this was solved but then the suspension continued because the underlying issue was really that: "We have taken this measure because your account has attempted to affect a competitor by adding malicious keywords or images through buyer accounts." that is something we have not done but its really difficult to prove that you have not done something wrong or even discuss the accusation with no concrete examples of the wrongdoing.

We are now in circles where this malicious behaviour is being stated but we do not have information to understand why this is happening to try to answer with concrete information. The original suspended account is accesed only by me and another partner and we are sure we did not make any negative comments with our buyer accounts.

Whenever we try to contact support opening a case we get the same template and the "Contact us" button takes me to a "You are not authorized to access this page" and when I spoke to the US health account rep they explained me that there is no way they can help us. :-(

Hoping that someone can share a path of action or getting some support from the forums managers.
