FBA - how to delete a plan in transit
Hi
I’m a newbie and I have created a shipping plan yesterday. The labels have been issued and a UPS fee has been confirmed. The shipment is now “in transit”. However, at this stage I no longer wish to do FBA for “fragile items”. How do I delete the shipment in transit.
Thanks for your help

You can contact UPS and see if you can get the planned item delivered back to you, don’t know if this is possible as I have never had to do it but I have seen it mentioned on the forums. Alternatively you can wait until the shipment is booked in and available then create a removal order but there is a charge for each item returned the cost depends on what it is and the size etc.
Other more experienced FBA sellers maybe able to advise other things

As mentioned, you can try contacting UPS.
Other than that, i wouldn’t delete the actual shipment in case it causes further issues. If you really don’t want to do FBA i’d close the listings so the items become stranded on arrival and then you can recall them. Don’t forget there’ll be a fee involved.

if you cancel within 24hours of creating the shipment you get your money back

if the package has not been shipped and the label has only been generated within 24 hours, then you can simply VOID THE LABEL.
Step 4 on Prepare shipment page.
if the button is no longer there, ask SS to cancel the charge for you.
BE QUICK!

if the units havent been collected just delete this shipment and cancel the collection and if youre quick enough you may get you fee back
if UPS literally picked it up yesterday go on the shipment plan and tracking and see where it is just call UPS again and see if you can have it sent back they will probably get you to pay a charge again
if not all else fails and it reaches FBA center i guess uv got to do a removal order but god knows how much that would cost you!
