Chargeback with reply by date but no way to reply

I have Amazon set up to notify me of any chargebacks by sending a text to my phone (email to SMS address) as well as to email a regular email. This morning I woke up to find that I had received a text message notifying me about what appears to be a scammer who performed a chargeback in the amount of $1252.39. I received no regular email, only the text which only shows the first part of the message. I went to the Chargebacks page and see it there, but there is nothing under "Action Required" and there is no way to reply there, although it does say there is a 'Reply By' date of June 27th. So, I have no actual email to reply to, I can't even see most of the message they sent me in the text message, and the Chargebacks page gives me no way to respond. I just want to make sure that June 27th doesn't go by with me having no way to respond and then Amazon charge this against me and saying they did so because I didn't respond. Any thoughts on this?

Hey there @Seller_DdmPiA1p1S2Wu- appreciate you highlighting this here in the forums. Got to say I love the SMS automation.

Any chance this is a notification issue similar to the 'Email delivery failure' section of this help page on notification preferences? There's also a method to update the email address on that page.

I apologize I'm only just seeing this on the 27th, so hoping you've already got this in-hand, but let me know if not, and if there's a case ID on the issue I should be looking at.
