Statute Document What is it?
Good morning and HAppy New Year.
I have problem with verification process.
I do not have idea what it is:
"Statute Document
Business name on submitted Statutes should be ATM Services UK Ltd
Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register)."
I will be grateful for your help.

You should be able to find it in the Companies House registration for your company.
I can see that you are the director but "ATM Services UK Ltd" doesn't appear to be related to ecommerce so there seems to be a mismatch there.
The company has been trading for 15 years so if it is yours, you really should know about these documents.
