SFP - Seller Fulfilled Prime Performance Dashboard
We started our Prime trail on Wednesday shipping RM tracked 24. The trial says keep an eye on your performance metrics, however the dashboard is showing with no data. Does anyone know when this dashboard is updated? We have dispatched about 50 orders including today that qualify for the trial period.

For your Prime trial performance metrics, here's what to check:
- Have your parcels received their first Royal Mail carrier scan? (Amazon starts tracking from this point, not from dispatch confirmation)
- Have you confirmed the shipments in Seller Central immediately after dispatch? Late confirmations can affect your metrics.
- Verify these are Prime-eligible orders in your trial.
If everything looks good but you're still not seeing any data, reach out to Seller Support with your specific order numbers and they can investigate further.
