Shipping from china to UK amazon FBA

Hi Everyone

I am individual seller planning on sending my products straight from China to an Amazon FBA centre here in the UK.

But I don’t have any idea about customs and VAT .

  1. How can I ship from china

  2. How the custom on products will be taken ? and how will take care of it.

  3. Is the VAT will be taken together with customs ?

Google is your friend. It sounds like you have a hell of a lot to learn before sending your first shipment.

Try the HMRC website. www.hmrc.gov.uk

If you let your Chinese supplier ship directly to the FBA on your behalf, they will already know what they need to do.

You just need to provide them the FBA barcodes which will be put on the products, the box label and the FBA warehouse address.
