Zero policy violations but account deactivated

Hi,

I have zero policy violations but my account is still deactivated and I can't see any options to resolve it. I can't log a ticket becuase every time I try to log one, it just brings me back to the main screen. The "Reactivate" button at the top doesnt do anything either.

Please can someone help me out?

Hi,

After going through my mailbox, I just discovered an old email from 2010 stating that my Amazon seller account was blocked due to unfulfilled or backed-out transaction. I’m extremely sorry about this and I had initially believed I created my seller account in 2017, but it appears it was set up around 2009/2010 and got blocked in 2010.

Is there any way I could resolve this and possibly get the account reinstated? I truly regret this whole thing and wanted to start selling on Amazon but looks like this terrible thing from 15 years ago is not going to let me proceed.

Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
