How is everyone selling small margin products when VAT registereD?
Hey guys, to my knowledge you cannot reclaim VAT from goods imported from china to uk. But if we are working on a 20% profit margin, and VAT owed is 20% of sale price, there is no profit? How is everyone working on a small profit margin whilst being VAT registered?

Surely you can claim the import vat cost?
However, you work out your margin, and THEN add the vat to it.
If it’s too expensive, you move on to something else.
