Pallet configuration
I have started a Shipping plan and have reached Pallet Information (with Amazon-partnered carrier.) But,I am stuck at pallet estimates. I have 8 boxes - each box weighs 8kg (64kg in total). Each box has dimensions H 15.24cm W 25.4cm D 35.56cm. But when I try to fill in the Configuration I am told “Enter a valid pallet count between 1 and 26 for non-stackable pallets, or 1 and 52 for stackable pallets. The current pallet configuration is not eligible for any Amazon-partnered carriers”. Help!

You’re shipping cartons then, not pallets. If you’re shipping pallets it’s just 1 pallet 1m x 1.2m x 1.7m for uk shipments

It sounds as though you should be shipping cartons, rather than pallets.
If that is the case, then you have simply chosen LTL deliveries instead of SPD.
