The submitted documents have been under review for about 35 days. Is this normal?
Hello there,
My account was suspended due to “may be inauthentic”. I sent everything requested from me, including the invoice and the Letter of Authorization from the brand to the seller, on 31.08.2024; after that I saw on the Account Healt page, “We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time”, but no details were shared, so I filed a Case exactly one month ago, on 03.09.2024, and received the reply that the review is still ongoing and I have to wait.
Since then, I have opened a Case many times, but I have been told that the investigation is still ongoing for a month, I have sent only an invoice and a Letter of Authorization, how difficult can it be to examine these?

My first thought when reading your post is DO NOT keep opening new cases, as apparently (though don't know if it is true), each new case gets put to the bottom of the pile - you need to keep to the original case...... but do agree that it seems far too long.
