Listing disappeared from selleramp and keepa, sales sharply decreased within 24 hours

I have a listing which has been selling for over 4 years, and the product is one of the best sellers in its category - Home and Kitchen. Normally with a BSR of 8k and below, but since the 23rd of February, the sales have completely died on the product. The day before the product sold 20 units, similar to its history for years, suddenly dropped to below 5 sales a day since.

After checking the Amazon page, the '500+' bought a month banner has disappeared, despite the product only recently lost sales, normally this banner gradually reduces. In addition, searching the ASIN on selleramp, keepa and sellersprite produced no results, each software saying that the Amazon is not publishing data for this ASIN.

I have tried to contact Amazon support regarding this, but have come to a dead-end as Amazon is saying there is nothing wrong with the ASIN, but I know there is a problem somewhere on Amazon's systems as products don't just die suddenly. The ASIN has over 17,000 reviews. It is not a coincidence that the same day that Amazon stopped publishing data for keepa and selleramp is the day that the sales have died.

I have now come to forums for anyone who has experienced similar, as I don't want to see one of my best selling ASINs being ruined because of an error on Amazon's systems.

If any Amazon staff could also look into this, it would be great @Julia_Amazon@Dougal_Amazon@Sarah_Amzn@Spencer_Amazon@Simon_Amazon@Kai_Amazon@Thea_Amazon or anyone else who can help

UPDATE

Upon further investigation, I can also see that on the product listing page, the product is not eligible for prime delivery for some reason. Even though there is a large amount of stock available for FBA, and the listing has always had prime eligibility.

Why am I paying Amazon all of these FBA fees for the product when it is not even prime eligible, charging me an FBA delivery fee but also the customer a £4.49 delivery fee.
