Registering Food Supplements with the Italian Ministry of Health
HI I sell food supplements in the Italian market, and recently my listings are being suspended there, and I received the following message -
This product has been identified as a food supplement, which is not included in the Food Supplements Register of the Ministry of Health. The sale of this product is not permitted on Amazon.it.
It goes on to give me a link to the Italian Ministry of Health, but the application is in Italian. Has anyone faced this before, and does anyone know an agency or consultant that can help with the application?

Hi,
just read your post, we are in a similar situation and would like to know how you tackled it. Did u go through a consultant and how long did it take to get the notification.
Any help will be appreciated.
