Unable to verify bank statement
Hello, I have uploaded my bank statement multiple times and it keeps failing saying "unable to verify".
This is the same account I have been using for years. The statement I upload has all the information theyre asking for "account holder name, LLC name, account number, financial institution name, and an official statement .pdf from the bank, not a screenshot". I have contacted support at least 10 times now and not getting anywhere. Now I have a new message saying my account is at risk of deactivation because I have no deposit method. My deposit method is there and i'm still receiving deposits from amazon as recently as 5/12/2023.
I'm now getting extremely concerned my account will be deactivated due to an internal amazon issue that is outside of my control

There is a bug. it appears they are working on it. Many had this issue, including me
