Read onlyMy new seller account got linked to my old seller account. Previously, I didn't get help from discussion posts. I hope I can explain my issue in this discussion.
I first created a seller account in 2021 for the UK market, but it remained deactivated because the address verification was not completed. In 2023, I closed and deleted that seller account because I wanted to start fresh. Now, my new account has been verified, but it got deactivated under section 3 due to being linked to the old account.
I have appealed multiple times, mentioning that I owned the old account which I deleted in 2023. In response to my appeal, they asked for proof that I no longer own the old account. So, I attached the emails I received during the account deletion process in a PDF and submitted it with my appeals. However, the Amazon support team is not accepting these proof emails.
Please help me with this issue.
the original account would not have been closed because you cannot do that if the account fails verification- you also cannot just start a new account
You need to get the first account verified and then delete the second one. No other way possible
