Suspicious refund reasons
Hi,
A quick question, let's say competitors start placing orders in some of your products. For all returns they state "performance or quality not adequate" , that will raise issues with your account health right? - Even if reasons given by customers are: " . " or " x " or " didn't like it "
There are 14 reasons to choose from, so I find it weird that I rarely have 2 different reasons other than "performance or quality not adequate" and "item is defective or does not work".
Sometimes I find the same person using different accounts ordering goods and asking for refunds. This is becoming more and more annoying. - I only do FBA, which doesn't help.
There's also a trend for people to buy new stuff on amazon and return used products.
Customers should go through the same verification process as sellers. As you can easily create as many accounts as you want and defraud anyone you want using a VPN and a Revolut account. Doesn't matter if you're based in UK or Pakistan.
Why don't customers have feedback same way as sellers?
Amazon lacks trust of genuine customers and sellers for such and many more reasons.

upon reading more discussions here on the forum can see that might be just scams and not necessarily competitors.
