Items not showing up in search
I don't know what's going on but tonight I just decided to search one of my items that has been listed for about a month now. I have an amazing sale on it and it made me wonder why its getting zero reviews. Well, I found out why. Its not searching, and I mean at all. I can type in the first few words of my title and it doesn't show up, I then can search new items and obviously it shows only like 30 items and my item is not one of them. This listing is not suppressed. If I search by the ASIN it comes up but obviously no one can just guess my ASIN to find my item. This is not the only item that's doing this. I have quite a few listings so obviously I can't easily check them all to see if they are searching but this is a problem. Funny thing is, I just put this listing on sponsored products and it's still not searching. Has anyone else noticed this issue?

update on this as I’m searching for more listings. So, the items I’ve searched so far can NOT be found under “all” for categories. No where to be found. For example one item has seven pages of “all” I checked every page and my item is not on there. Now, if you go to “ handmade” for the category it shows up. So, here’s my problem, buyers aren’t going to know to search specifically for handmade. I’m sorry but handmade should also fall under the “all” but it’s not in my case. You literally have to click on handmade to find my items. No wonder my sales are down drastically. Is this a thing for items that haven’t sold before? Like how, would they ever sell if they are next to impossible to find? And, yes you won’t find my paid ad either unless you are specifically searching in “handmade”.

What type of items do you sell? Amazon's algorithm may alternate your items with other items if there are many of a similar type. If you just made the ad campaign it may not be instant and take a while to get traction. It is hard to say because the computers make the decisions, not people.
