PSP problem - account after one year still not re-opened
I have tried for 1 year now to get my amazon account re-opened. Every time it opens, there comes a new issue of missing proof of some kind. Now they have closed it again because of PSP problem:
"Your disbursement to the PSP issued bank accounts is now paused until we receive further updates from the PSP."
I really don't understand what should i do! I have a normal German bank account and i have sent proof account is mine.
There is nobody in Amazon to ask what is a problem and how to manage that. I get so tired of this.

I understand you have issues with your German account.
Unfortunately I do not have access to your account and cannot see what is actually happening but I give you some tips you can check:
Go to your identity information in seller central and check if you successfully submitted all the mandatory details.
Go to your tax settings in seller central and ensure you comply with your EU tax obligations
Make sure that the name and the address in seller central does match exactly to the name and address on your registered tax ID.
Go to your account info - payment information - bank account information and check if your method is verified.
If everything is compliant, please open a case with the account health support.
Use the "Help" button on the right top corner - get help and resources - selling on Amazon
Choose "reactivate your account" in the account health drop down and then "select issue" on the second option "Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support"
