Request for Proper Pickup Protocol at Our Warehouse

Inform you that our warehouse is located on the Building 2nd floor, and it is not practical for our team to go downstairs every day to hand over shipments. As per standard logistics protocol, it is the responsibility of the pickup personnel to collect shipments from the warehouse directly, regardless of the floor.

As a brand, we cannot take the risk of handing over parcels outside the premises, especially when the pickup location is clearly mentioned. In case of any loss or misplacement, it becomes difficult to track and assign responsibility. It is also important for us to verify that the shipment is being handed over to the authorized person.

We kindly request that all pickup partners strictly follow the proper procedure and collect shipments directly from the Taffykids warehouse.
