Amazon competitve prices

Hi
My question is that I have low price on listing as compared to other sellers but still amazon showing my offers ineliigible by syaing that my prices are not competitve to win buybox and have not offered buybox from last 2 weeks
Your answers for this would really be helpful

Price is only one factor of many, so simply having the lowest price may not be enough to get the buybox.

My price are not to low jusst 1 to 2 pound less as compared to other sellers and they have good BSR and montly sales. so still other one is getting buybox .Does amazon allow us to open case with them in this regard or if we contact their seller support .DO you think they would resolve this issue
