Support issues, how to escalate?

Hello,

Last two days i have been having issues with creating variations. I have managed to finally get it to work but it has messed up attributes which giving errors and support response is same copy paste. Delete listing and upload file. I did that with one product and no change, i also get other catalog errors using file upload now and getting no where.

I didnt think support will be this bad. Is there an email i can send to complain and for someone to actualy help fix issues.

You need to ensure firstly, that you open the correct kind of case.
Detail exactly what the issue is, with any error codes etc.
Then once you have first useless response, ask for them to escalate it internally.
You should then get a better answer.

But if you detail exactly what you are doing and the problems, then you may well get a better answer here.
