What does DMX2 mean

Hello

I have just had a £500 item returned as faulty - no worries, it happens and we will do what is correct.

However

The original packaging has a label on it that says

DXM2 CYCLE 1 OVERSIZE

I suspect that this item was not purchased from us. Also it is not complete and various items are missing.

Any advice.

I have just found out… This is an Amazon postage label. They bought this item direct from Amazon. I do not do FBA, only FBM

This can occur when…
a) the product is returned to Amazon instead of the seller (often advised in error from customer services.)
b) If you list alongside the original FBA seller for the same product.
