Account deactivation and multiple appeals denied

My account was deactivated for property violation and despite numerous calls it is impossible to reopen it. Worse, Amazon's responses are always the same: 'Amazon does not have enough information to reopen the account.' If you do not take the appeals into account, why do you suggest that we make them? Or is it just to create unnecessary stress?
