Reporting seller refund policy abuse?

@Ezra_Amazon@Julia_Amazon@Julia_Amzn@Roberto_Amazon@Maja_Amazon@Winston_Amazon

Case ID: 11469009672

I am trying to report a customer who is abusing the refund policy... they keep buying the same non-returnable item, then requesting a refund, and instantly buying the same product again, only to request a refund again. Rince and repeat.

This has been going on for the last month and is really showing a clear pattern (7-instances in August). They are the only customer to have requested a refund of this this product despite hundreds of unit sales this year and have only given a reason once.

I've tried reporting this to Amazon by raising a case, their advice was to report it using:

* Report this customer via the report abuse form: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/abuse-submission/form/other

* then choose "An abuse issue that is not addressed by the other topics in this menu"

* Provide the order IDs and details of the issue.

Every time I do this, I get an instant email telling me:

* Thank you for your submission. This is not the correct channel to report customers violating returns and refunds policies. Reports of returns and refunds violations must be submitted through the Report Abuse form in Seller Central:

* https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/abuse-submission/form/buyer-abuse-refund

If I click the link in the email, it sends me back to the Report Abuse form again... which, when I complete the form sends me the same email telling me its not the correct channel to report customers violating returns and refunds policies, giving the same link again.

Reporting form circle of doom.

Can anyone tell me a route to getting this reported to the team in Amazon that investigates these things? I have seen that Ezra has assisted with escallating a similar issue in the past and am hoping one of the Mods can do so again?

This relates to orders:
