Suppressed listings, invalid photo - but it's not!
I had an email saying 10 of my listings had been supressed due to invalid photos, i duly added a pure white background to all of them and uploaded, had an email saying 8 are still suppressed! Cannot get through to Amazon that the off white card the product is displayed on is part of the product, there is a pure white border around that https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07MDSKM7C?ref=myi_title_dp
So angry as one of the listings is my best seller, any help appreciated!! Thankyou

I think - but could be wrong (as I don’t know how Amazon’s bot think at times) but it may have something to do with the words: Something Blue
Remove these words and try … if nothing else - it’s worth a shot
<Addition< If it was my listing - I would expand the pic so your product is a lot bigger and fills the space

I agree, text on an image is a no,no and the item needs to fill up more of the space, there’s too much background showing in the main image.

Well if Tracey agrees I must be right for a change

- It’s not a plain white background. The textured card is “packaging” and should be removed.
- The image contains text.
Both are against policy.

When uploading images always a good idea to read the requirement before uploading it will save you issues later on.
Listings that are missing a main image will not appear in search or browse until you fix the listing.
Choose images that are clear, information-rich and attractive.
Images must meet the following requirements:
- Products must fill at least 85% of the image. Images must show only the product that is for sale, with few or no props and with no logos, watermarks or inset images. Images may only contain text that is a part of the product.
- Main images must have a pure white background, must be a photo (not a drawing) and must not contain excluded accessories.
- Images must be at least 1,000 pixels on the longest side and at least 500 pixels on the shortest side to be zoom-able.
- Images must not exceed 10,000 pixels on the longest side.
- JPEG is the preferred image format, but you also may use TIFF and GIF files.
