I need someone from amazon to help with my seller account.
I have been trying for several months to contact Seller Support but the automated help system continually misclassifies my issue.
My account is a UK Individual seller account, but it appears to have been enrolled into multiple international marketplaces. I only wish to sell on Amazon.co.uk.
Every time I create a support request, the AI routes me to "Selling plan update" and will not allow me to submit a case or speak to a human.
I am not asking to change my selling plan. I simply need the additional marketplace registrations removed and my account restored to UK-only operation.
Can an Amazon moderator please escalate this to the appropriate team or advise how I can reach a human representative?

Hello AeroForge_Designs,
Can you use Cog Wheel (upper left corner) Account Info / Holiday Settings / Edit and change the Marketplaces you don't want to "On Holiday" and Save?
Sorry if you've already tried this
Best

the uk account also includes 7/8 eu countries- not just uk. Put the others into holiday mode.
If, however you’ve opened a global account you cannot change this now.

Hello @Seller_AAYV4rDb4zXlw
Thank you for reaching out.
When you register as a seller in the UK, your account is automatically linked to other European marketplaces. This is by design and is standard for all UK seller accounts.
You can effectively limit your selling activity to Amazon.co.uk by placing the other marketplaces into Holiday Mode. To do this, go to Settings (Cog Wheel) → Account Info → Holiday Settings → Edit, then set the marketplaces you don't wish to sell on to "On Holiday" and save.
This will prevent orders from coming through on those marketplaces while keeping your UK account active.
If you continue to experience difficulty reaching Seller Support, I'd recommend trying the following path: Help → Get Support → Selling on Amazon → Your Account → Other Account Issues, which should allow you to submit a case or request a callback.
I hope this helps!
Best Regards,
Thea

had the same issue, what you do, is stick holiday mode onto the other country's you don't want to sell in.
PS if you use ads make sure you choose the country you want the ads running on and not the country's you have holiday mode on.
no other way really
